2 Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes;
3 For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.

TEACHING [Past posts below]
This Sunday I spoke on the verses for the Mass for 9–23–18 [By mistake] I talked about the passage from Paul and how it led me to John 17-
2Thessalonians 2:14 Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Yes- it sounds strange that we would also share in the ‘glory’ of the Lord himself.
The verse from John’s gospel came to my mind-
John 17:22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
How do we- as people- share in Christ’s glory? [Some sites see here https://corpuschristioutreachministries.blogspot.com/2021/08/sunday-sermon-text_22.html ]
To receive glory- is to receive honor- and the next passage from the reading talks about the corrupt
